My journey began with a realization that has since guided my every step: true change starts within a community. Grafted Sites

Some farms have used the Nomadic Communities open source content to create their own unique model. These farms are referred to as Grafted sites. While they are not in the network of farms that are fully integrated into the Nomadic Communities system and do not necessarily accept the same exchanges, they are just as important in the mission to sustainability.

For more details on their programs and exchanges, check out their webpage and connect with their members.
